💰 Pricing & Payment:

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank transfer as payment.
• Prices may change without prior notice.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays or cancellations.

📦 Product Information:

• We strive to display products as accurately as possible.
• Slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges:

• Returns/exchanges are only accepted in case of damaged or defective products.
• Claims must be made within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the order with proof (images/video).

• Razim Store reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders from customers with a history of fake orders or non-cooperation.
